Mentoring

Imran mentors a small number of people each year. Not through a programme. Not through a group cohort or a digital course. One to one, with full attention, complete honesty, and the lived experience of someone who started with nothing and built something nationally recognised.


He prioritises first-generation entrepreneurs, young people from underrepresented backgrounds, and anyone who has the drive but not yet the direction. If you have been told — by your postcode, your background, your bank balance, or someone who should have known better — that your ambitions are too large, this is the right place to start.


Imran has been where most of his mentees are beginning. That is not a selling point. It is the reason this works.

A limited number of pro bono places are available each year for young people who cannot afford commercial rates. If that is you, say so. It will not count against you.

Coaching


For founders and leaders navigating growth, transition, or a moment that requires clarity.


One-to-one coaching with Imran is a private, structured engagement built entirely around where you are and where you are trying to go. Sessions are confidential. The conversations are direct. There is no generic curriculum, no workbook you could have bought on Amazon, and no advice that does not account for the specific reality of your situation.


Imran works with founders scaling their business, executives rethinking how they lead, and individuals facing a decision significant enough that they need someone who will tell them the truth rather than what they want to hear.


Engagements typically run across three to six months with fortnightly sessions. Imran takes on a limited number of coaching clients at any time — not as a scarcity tactic, but because quality is the point.

Advisory


For businesses and organisations that want Imran's thinking available on an ongoing basis.
